Initiate Your Request
Log in to your SparkPath account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
